Privacy Policy

This policy explains the small amount of information involved when you visit the Hypercent studio website.

Last updated August 20, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Hypercent Studio (“Hypercent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates hypercentgames.com (the “Site”). This policy covers the Site only. It does not yet cover a released game or a separate store or platform service.

2. Information involved when you visit

The Site currently has no user accounts, purchases, newsletter form, or contact form. We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the Site. This can include an IP address, requested URL and method, date and time, response status, browser, device or network information, referring page, and error or security diagnostics. Cloudflare may also produce aggregated traffic and performance statistics.

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, display name, message, and attachments. Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to Google Gmail. Messages we send from our domain are delivered using Zoho Mail and may be stored in both Gmail and Zoho Mail.

The Site uses one browser sessionStorage item, hypercent-logo-intro-v1, containing only the value seen. It prevents the opening animation from replaying during the same browser session. It is not used to identify or track you, is not sent to us, and is normally deleted when that browser session ends.

Scroll, pointer and keyboard input, viewport and visibility state, sound settings, and motion preferences are processed locally in your browser to run the Site’s animations and playable preview. We do not retain those interactions as a user profile.

3. How information is used

We use technical information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot the Site.
  • Protect the Site and visitors from misuse and security threats.
  • Understand aggregate reliability and performance.
  • Receive, respond to, and keep appropriate records of correspondence.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or build cross-site advertising profiles. Cloudflare handles technical data as our hosting, content-delivery, image-processing, logging, security, and incoming email-routing provider. You can read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Google provides our Gmail inbox, and Zoho Mail provides authenticated outgoing email delivery. These providers process correspondence so we can receive and reply to messages. You can read Google’s Privacy Policy and Zoho’s Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect people or the Site, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.

5. Retention

The intro-animation value lasts only for the browser session. On our current Cloudflare plan, Worker invocation logs are generally available for up to three days. Aggregated operational metrics may remain available for up to three months. We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention may change if our service settings or plan change.

6. International processing

Cloudflare, Google, and Zoho operate internationally, so technical data and correspondence may be processed outside your country. Appropriate safeguards apply where required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can clear session storage in your browser at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of personal information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

8. Children

This Site is informational and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the Site and information involved in its operation. No online service can guarantee complete security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site and our services develop. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. We will revise this policy before adding features such as analytics, accounts, mailing lists, payments, or game telemetry that materially change how information is handled.
