Game Privacy Policy

How Hypercent Studio (Hypercent Games) handles information in Quantum Merge for Android.

Last updated September 12, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This policy covers Quantum Merge, Android package com.hypercent.quantummerge, including its closed test. Hypercent Studio operates the game. Contact hello@hypercentgames.com about privacy or your information. Our website policy covers visits to this website.

2. Accounts and saved progress

The game stores progress and preferences on your device. Online features use Unity Gaming Services, including Authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Remote Config and Leaderboards. These services process a player identifier, player name, saved progress, scores, unlocks, in-game currency balances, settings and gameplay records needed to operate the game, synchronize progress and validate rewards.

You can link a Unity Player Account or, on Android, Google Play Games. The sign-in providers process their own account information and supply authentication credentials and identifiers to connect your game account. Hypercent does not receive your Google or Unity password. Your player name and submitted scores may be visible to other players on leaderboards.

Service requests also involve technical information such as IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, request timestamps and diagnostic information for delivery, security and reliability.

3. Optional analytics and notifications

When you confirm that you are at least 13 and enable analytics, Unity Analytics can process gameplay interactions, session information, device or installation identifiers, device and app information, and approximate location inferred from network information. We use this to understand game usage, balance and reliability. Collection also depends on whether analytics is enabled for the game. You can turn analytics off in Settings.

Optional reminders use your device notification permission and local scheduling. You can disable reminders in the game or your Android settings. We do not request GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access for gameplay.

4. Advertising and purchases

The initial Android closed-test release does not have a configured advertising service. Cosmetic unlocks and in-game currency are gameplay features; they do not provide real-world investment, money-transfer or cash-out services. We will update this policy and applicable store disclosures before introducing advertising or new data practices.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Unity processes game-service information, and Google processes Play Games and Play Store information. Their policies also apply to their services: Unity Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. Our website and support email providers are described in the website policy. If you contact support, we process the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide.

We do not sell game personal information. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law, protect users and our services, or handle a business transfer. Providers may process information outside your country.

6. Retention and deletion

Game-account and saved-progress information is retained while the account is used to provide the game and until deletion is requested, subject to information that must be retained for legal obligations, security or dispute handling. Support correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the request and maintain relevant records. Data held independently by Google or Unity for their own accounts follows their retention policies.

You can request deletion of your Quantum Merge account and associated data without reinstalling the game. Follow our account and data deletion instructions. The game also provides a Delete Cloud Account action in Settings. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting Google Play Games alone does not request deletion of all cloud data.

7. Your choices and rights

You can change available privacy choices in Settings and contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict, object to or obtain a copy of information. We may ask for information necessary to verify that a request concerns your account. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes. Service communications use encrypted connections; no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Age and changes

Quantum Merge is intended for players aged 13 and over, not children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion. We will update the date on this page when the policy changes.
