1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hypercentgames.com (the “Site”), operated by Hypercent Studio (“Hypercent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site

The Site provides information about Hypercent Studio and our game in development, Cosmic Merge. The interactive demonstration on the Site is a promotional preview, not the complete game.

Game features, artwork, platforms, release plans, availability, and other development details may change. Nothing on the Site promises that a particular feature, platform, date, or release will become available.

3. Permitted use

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to view and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

• Disrupt, damage, overload, or attempt to bypass the Site’s security.
• Introduce malware or other harmful code.
• Use automation in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Site.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Hypercent Studio.
• Copy, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Site content without permission.
• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content—including the Hypercent and Cosmic Merge names, logos, artwork, game images, text, graphics, animations, and code—are owned by or licensed to Hypercent Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any content or brand rights to you. Written permission is required for uses beyond ordinary viewing of the Site.

5. Interactive preview

The browser-based Cosmic Merge preview is provided only so visitors can try a small sample of the game concept. Progress and sound preferences are not saved between visits. The preview may reset, change, or stop working and does not grant any entitlement to a future game or feature.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare. It may later link to third-party stores, platforms, or websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or operation.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypercent Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your local law may give you rights that these Terms cannot limit.

10. Ending access

We may restrict access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the Site is being misused.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum that has lawful jurisdiction. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that cannot be waived under local law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Site develops. Continued use after revised Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
