Game Privacy Policy

How Little Color Studio handles artwork, purchases and information, including when children use the app.

Last updated September 12, 2026

1. Who we are and what this covers

Hypercent Games (also known as Hypercent Studio, “we” or “us”) operates Little Color Studio, app identifier com.hypercentgames.littlecolorstudio. This policy covers the app, including prerelease versions.

Contact hello@hypercentgames.com for privacy questions or requests, including requests from parents. Visits to this website are covered separately by our website privacy policy.

2. Artwork and information on your device

The app stores your coloring progress, finished pictures in its in-app gallery, preferences and a cached purchase entitlement on your device. These are used to reopen pictures, show your gallery, remember your settings and keep unlocked pictures available. There is no Hypercent account or login.

The app does not send your artwork or coloring strokes to Hypercent or to its purchase service. The local gallery is not a public gallery. The app does not provide player profiles, chat, public sharing or a Hypercent cloud-backup service. Saving to the in-app gallery does not export to the phone’s photo library.

The coloring features do not request your name, birthday, email address, precise location, camera or microphone access.

3. Purchases and purchase-service data

The optional, one-time Unlock Everything purchase uses the device’s store through Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP). Google Play handles payments on Android. Apple handles payments in an Apple-store version where available. The store processes your payment details; Hypercent does not receive your payment-card number or store password.

The app and purchase providers process product and entitlement information to offer, complete and restore purchases. Unity IAP can also process purchase events, transaction identifiers, receipts, purchase outcomes, price and currency, device and operating-system information, language and locale, and available service, installation or session identifiers. Apple purchase events can include the device’s vendor identifier (IDFV) and additional device metadata.

These services use information for purchase functionality, analytics, troubleshooting, security and fraud prevention. Disabling a separate gameplay-analytics setting does not stop all purchase-service data processing. Unity’s IAP privacy overview and IAP data-safety documentation explain its service practices. The precise information available depends on the platform and purchase flow.

4. Children and parents

Little Color Studio is intended to be enjoyed by children as well as older players. A child can color without creating an account or providing contact details. Parents and caregivers should manage store purchases, device permissions and any contact with support. Children should not send their name, address, school, photographs or other personal information to us.

Purchase providers may process the information described above even though coloring progress stays local. This policy does not mean that no information is collected from a device used by a child, and store purchase approval is not a substitute for any parental privacy consent required by law.

A parent or legal guardian may ask to review or delete personal information held about their child, or ask us to stop its further collection or use, by emailing hello@hypercentgames.com with “Little Color Studio parent privacy request.” Explain the request and provide only enough information to identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your authority before disclosing or deleting information.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should not have been provided, contact us so we can review it, remove it where appropriate and coordinate relevant requests with our providers. You can stop further app network activity by closing or uninstalling the app; clearing local storage does not erase provider records.

5. Support and service providers

If you or a parent emails us, we receive the sender’s email address, message and any attachments. We use them to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary information about a child.

Google and Apple provide their respective store and payment services. Unity provides the purchase integration and related services. Cloudflare, Google Gmail and Zoho Mail handle website delivery or support correspondence as described in our website policy. Their policies include Google Privacy Policy, Apple Privacy Policy and Unity Privacy Policy.

We disclose relevant information to providers to operate these services and respond to requests. We may also disclose it when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people and our rights. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, under applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell the artwork or support information you provide to Hypercent.

6. Keeping and deleting information

Local artwork, progress and settings remain until removed, overwritten or the app’s storage is cleared. On Android, open device Settings, find Little Color Studio under Apps, and clear its storage. On Apple devices, deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading it can retain data. Device or operating-system backup settings are separate from the app and may affect retained copies.

Clearing data permanently removes local coloring progress and gallery pictures from that installation. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible unlock using the same store account, but does not recover deleted artwork. Purchases do not transfer between Google Play and the Apple App Store.

We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain necessary records or meet legal obligations. Store and Unity records follow their retention requirements; financial, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need to be retained. Uninstalling or clearing app storage does not request deletion of those records.

For access, correction or deletion of information held by Hypercent, email hello@hypercentgames.com with “Little Color Studio privacy request.” There is no Hypercent game account to close. We will coordinate requests for data processed on our behalf by Unity; for records a provider controls independently, we may direct you to that provider’s privacy-request process.

7. Your rights and security

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. A request may require verification and may be subject to legal exceptions.

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle. No device or online service is completely secure. Protect your device and store account, and keep copies of important information where appropriate; Hypercent cannot recover local artwork that it does not hold.

8. Updates

We may revise this policy as the app develops. The date above identifies the latest update. Material changes to data practices will be explained in an updated notice, with any additional notice or consent required by applicable law before those changes apply.
